As far as we know we have an ongoing investigation from the ICIG regarding Grusch’s claims. AARO has clearly taken a public stance in their report denying Grusch’s claims regarding UAP/NHI, though as many have pointed out, they labeled “extraterrestrial”. Regardless if you think this is clever wordplay to avoid the more encompassing term NHI, AARO has called out Grusch as a liar. As we know, he spoke about his claims under oath before Congress so I’d expect a prosecution to follow soon after.
We also have an Inspector General that has labeled Grusch’s claims “credible and urgent”(we all love that quote) as presented by Grusch and his lawyer, the former ICIG. While it’s still very unclear to me whether “credible and urgent” refers to Grusch’s claims(along with 40 others) in their entirety, or just portions of what was reported, it seems to me that we should expect to see a statement from the ICIG as to whether or not the findings of their investigation aligns with what the DoD and SK have claimed to be true in the latest report from AARO.
From a legal standpoint, I find it hard to believe(I’m not a lawyer, so someone that is, please explain to me why I may or may not be wrong) that the DoD could release this report and that Grusch could get off without prosecution…or perhaps if Grusch is protected somehow under the Whistleblowers Protection Act, why does it matter that he’s spoken under oath in the first place (again, from a legal standpoint)?
