No mention of NHI in AARO report

I haven’t read the whole thing yet, but I did search for keywords through the new AARO report. I find it interesting that they heavily use the word “extraterrestrial” while making no mention whatsoever to “NHI” or “non-human intelligence”, which is the wording of choice in the recent disclosure act. Also, many historians and insiders have hesitated to use the term “extraterrestrial”, implying that they beleive the phonomenon represents something stranger.

Could AARO simply be hiding behind language in their report?
