Best UFO encounters during the middle ages and renaissance?

Hello, I’m working on a research paper for my college English class (I’ve posted about it a few times before), and I’m looking for good UFO reports from the middle ages or renaissance period. I had originally intended to use the “sky battle above Nuremberg” incident of 1561, but after researching it, I am convinced it was a sundog that was seen that day. Are there any other really good encounters from this time period that I should include? Thank you!
