2007 UFO Sighting in SF

Luis Revilla just posted this on his YouTube channel. Clásicos saucer shape hovering. Is this real? Whey would they film only for a few seconds? Maybe it took off?

My stepmother told me a story that in 1967 Albany New York she came home with her husband and they were alerted by kids in front of the house and they were saying “look at the spaceship”. She saw it and said it was huge and covered her house and part of the street. She called her husband to take a look and he saw just before it moved away at incredible speed. She is not one to BS or sensationalize and is a very solid serious individual. So when I see posts like this, I wonder if they are real.
