Hi All,
I specifically am singling out the U.S. because there may be much more effective and direct routes in other nations. But with the current disclosure legislation having been gutted, here is what seems to me to be the most effective method of achieving disclosure in the U.S. at this point. I will not lay out specific arguments because that feels beyond the scope of this post. Instead, I offer one path that seems effective to me when combined with all other current avenues of disclosure. It is not all-encompassing, it is merely one of many routes to disclosure. And it feels like we need as many different routes as possible at the moment.
First, I feel like it’s necessary to explain Carl Jung’s concept of a collective unconscious.
*I’m sorry to all the Psychologists out there who may cringe at how much I reduce this topic but a working concept that is easily grasped is more useful than strict academic accuracy.*
The collective unconscious can be thought of as the hidden undercurrent of thought, beliefs, experiences, and ways of understanding the world that is shared by all human beings. An innate fear of spiders despite never having had a bad encounter with one is an example of the collective unconscious. You don’t need to have had a bad experience with one because enough humans – both past and present – have had bad experiences that you instinctually know to fear them.
The opposite of the collective unconscious is the collective conscious (shocking lol). The collective conscious are the perceptions of reality that we human beings share and are consciously aware of. The collective conscious in human being might be things like: knowledge that suffering is an intrinsic part of life on Earth at present, or that if you do someone wrong and want them to forgive you, a sincere apology goes a long way.
The collective conscious and the collective unconscious are extremely similar, with the primary difference between them being that the collective conscious is a shared perspective of reality that humans learn as they go through life and could bring to mind at will. But the collective unconscious is a perspective that humans intrinsically share without learning or necessarily being aware of. Perspectives that may be passed on genetically although I don’t believe that is necessary for something to become part of the collective unconscious. So with that incomplete but usable framework, here is my idea:
There are so many people on this forum and others like it that believe in nuts-and-bolts explanations for UFOs. Even if they believe the UFOs are piloted by aliens, they view them as travelers from other planets. Astronauts who have come incredible lengths to be here. Or maybe even Terrestrial non-human intelligences (NHIs). Badass. That’s a great starting point.
The next step is to advance this group of people’s understanding of the phenomena from a nuts-and-bolts explanation to one that acknowledges and integrates the meta-physical or the “woo.” Why is this necessary? Because experiencers, whistleblowers, psychedelic enthusiasts, occult practitioners, and serious meditators all are coming to the same/ VERY similar conclusions about reality. That it is not the way that we have been told, there is a conspiracy of incomprehensible scale covering that fact up, all humans are psychically linked, certain factions of NHIs are orchestrating the cover-up, and that the truth can be found for one’s self by meditating and finding inner peace.
That last point is really important. The truth is within all of us but can only be found by quieting the mind. It would take some interesting mental gymnastics to explain that without the meta-physical. Don’t believe me? Sit & meditate for 10 minutes every single day. Hell, even 5 minutes is a great start. Consistency is key here. It is better to meditate for 10 minutes every single day than 60 minutes twice a week. This is the gym but for your mind. And when you meditate, only meditate. I constantly have friends tell me they meditate while they get ready for work in the morning or other similar stuff. That is being mindful but it does not replace a sitting meditation practice. Through consistent meditation over a prolonged period, you will begin to glean insight into the world. There is no better source to trust than your own intuition.
The many aspects of the meta-physical or “woo” that present in the phenomena that operate well outside our current understanding of physics and life but I believe almost all can be explained through sufficiently advanced understandings of physics, chemistry, material sciences, etc. and the advanced technology that follows. That shouldn’t be surprising to anyone though. There is a physical explanation for just about everything in the physical world, including magic. I say just about because I most certainly don’t know everything and because the interaction of Will, consciousness, and matter seems unexplainable from a physical standpoint to me but that very well may have a physical explanation as well.
Apply the above argument to believers of nuts-and-bolts UFO believers in the real world IF they are already seeking higher truths or explanations for what’s happening. I make this a separate point and state this discernment because you are doing absolutely no service by trying to convince people who do not already want to know. That is their right and trying to change their mind will only lead to misunderstanding, disappointment, and frustration all around.
For the Americans who believe that UFOs are a product of the U.S. military or foreign adversaries, the challenge is to convince them that even if some UFOs belong to human militaries, the technology could not possibly have come from Earth originally. We have been seeing these craft perform maneuvers that would kill any human since at least the 1950’s. No human being (or known aircraft) can survive a 90° turn at 10,000mph, even if we were able to make that speed and turn happen. We did not have autonomous vehicles, drones, or the necessary technology to make either of those possible until much more recently. Yes, the military is many years farther ahead than civilian technology in terms of advancement but there is ALWAYS some trickle down of technology. Yet there was none. And we still are not close to anti-gravity technology or aerospace vehicles that can travel through, space, Earth’s sky, and the ocean. Yet UFOs are frequently seen going between those various spaces without issue and sometimes without even slowing down. Even if you ignore the trickle down problem, and even if the US military (or another military) has managed to get the BEST scientists in the world working for them, it does not make sense that their scientific progress is very significantly outpacing the entire rest of the scientific world’s progress. Thousands of universities worldwide work every say to advance our knowledge. The collective brain power is simply too much to be overcome by secret military scientists, even if they had the best.
These are the groups that I see as necessary to advance their position on the subject. If there are people who do not believe in UFOs despite the government’s admittance, there is no point in trying to beat your head against a steel wall of ignorance.
BUT
If we are able to push the thought of these 3 groups forward, we will push the collective unconscious knowledge forward as well. Which will make it easier for even the toughest skeptics to advance their ontological understanding of the world. There will simply be less unconscious resistance to that change. At the same time, the collective conscious will be pushed forward by new and more nuanced debates between those who were already curious but lacked knowledge. I see this as a way to inevitably push the public understanding of the topic forward that can not be stopped by corrupt legislators or a government with a vested interest in keeping the silence.
What are your thoughts?
