Let me preface by saying the image was created by AI with my prompt to try and recreate the dream. Also I do have an “abduction” story from when I was young that I can still vividly remember. The craft in my dream did NOT look like the craft from my actual experience but it did behave the same (no noise, didn’t affect the environment)

I’ll summarize my abduction story here first.

Abduction

I was young (about 4) and not yet in school, I was outside playing waiting on my brother and sister to get off the bus and my mom was inside. This was 30ish years ago so playing outside alone wasn’t unusual.

I was out at the back of the yard playing near the tree line when a large black craft, triangular in shape with no lights, emerged from over the tree tops. It hovered there and I looked up at it. I remember it made no sound at all and didn’t make the trees moved.

I looked at it for a little bit then got scared and tried to run but I couldn’t move. I remember seeing my hair start to blow around even though nothing else was moving, and birds started to fly around it.

The next thing I remember is that I was laying in the middle of the yard and my mom, brother and sister were all out in the yard yelling for me.

I told my mom what happened and she told me she thought I had wondered off and got lost in the woods because they had been looking for me for a while. She said she was about to call the police.

Fast forward to yesterday

Yesterday night when I took the trash out, there was a small bird flying all around my door, like he wanted in or was looking for a nest that didn’t exist. I didn’t think much of it until I had the dream.

Dream

I had a wild dream last night, I was in a building with no floor and was looking out of the window when a black hole/solar eclipse appeared on the horizon. The inside structure looked like a round black ball with texture akin to a pine cone. I remember being in absolute awe at it and it felt comfortable.

It made no noise and didn’t affect the grass or trees around it but I sensed something behind me so I turned around to look and there was another on the opposite side.

Birds started to fly out of one of them into the next one and I remember pulling out my phone to record it. When I watched the video back it was just dark. No image to be seen.

Then I woke up and looked at the clock and it was roughly 4:00am

I went back to sleep but when I woke up 2 hours later I couldn’t stop thinking about the dream or how real it felt.

The crazy part comes now, all day I have been seeing birds just out of the corner of my eye. In places they shouldn’t be like inside buildings or in my car. They aren’t there when I turn to look but I can see their movement out of my peripheral.

I don’t know if this is suppose to mean something or if it’s just a coincidence.
