An orb infiltrated my dream

Maybe this is the wrong sub, any suggestions would be appreciated.

I was sleeping and having a relatively normal dream last night, it was like a bar with brick walls , almost like a comedy club. But at some point, everyone in the bar disappeared and a bright orb came flying through the brick wall. It was like the wall wasn’t there.

I felt a weird sensation, almost at peace. I was very aware of how my body felt at this moment, almost like a tingly euphoria, in my legs, my arms.

I remember that, the moment I realised how at peace I am with how I feel, my body started to lift with this orb. It continued to rise and I went through the brick wall as though it wasn’t there, just as the bright orb did.

But at some point, i stopped, briefly, in the air, and started to descend again. I distinctively remember thinking in this moment “no, I want to go, I feel at peace”. I started to rise again in the air, but unfortunately (maybe fortunately), I woke up at this point.

I spent the next 45 – 60 minutes, lying there in bed, checking my room for any person or thing. I felt the same peacefulness in my body as I did in the dream, but I feared something was in my room and couldn’t sleep for a while.

I don’t know what I’m expecting from this post. I know I read too much about paranormal stuff and UFOs, following too much of the these topics on reddit, so maybe its my psyche punishing me. But I tried googling stuff to no avail, and figured the only remaining thing was to post my experience on reddit.

Any thoughts? Discussions?
