Anyone else see these around Phoenix?

So this might not even be worth posting and it’s hard to see but me and my in-laws have seen these multiple times flying around the Mesa Phoenix area.

It comes into frame from the middle left screen and travels across to the right side right above the tree. I rewind it a couple times through out the video cause this video is in slow motion cause these move so fast.

My father in law at one point got a pair of binoculars on one and said it looked like a disk rotating end over end, one side silver, other side black hence why it might look like it’s popping in and out of view. Every time we’ve seen these they are moving very fast and usually in pairs of two or three.

I will try and get a better video of them this is about the 4th or 5th time we’ve seen them in the past year. But has anyone else seen these around?
