Anyone know what this is about?

Saw another TR-3B video yesterday and after some random poking around I came across this site. I assume it’s fake just to get people going but could there be any validity to this? It’s a patent for some mercury based antigravity engine, back from 2011. Strangely enough around when a lot of those TR-3B videos originally popped up. Most of it looks like high tech stuff that I have no idea what it means. Someone with more knowledge have any idea? Link in comments
