I remember seeing this a while back and thinking what the hell is it?
Could be a seagul on steroids but looks like some kind of uap to me.
I can’t remember ever seeing an explanation for this either. If anyone has any insights or ideas I’d like to hear what you have to say. It could just be explained easily but who knows.
