Hi there! Recently got into this sub more in depth, as well as started listening to a couple weaponized podcasts and just finished the TMZ UFO/UAP documentary on Tubi.
I heard of the hoax and the fake desiccated alien bodies that were shown at the hearing in Mexico City back when it happened, although just in the news; didn’t really look into it.
After watching the TMZ docu, I thought about how clever of a media move this “surprise drop” was.
Let’s say you want all the serious people in a room, the people who are spilling the beans and government wants the public not to believe in them. How do you discredit them?
First, you find a country that is corrupt enough to accept some kind of compensation (publicity, money, etc.) to host a “serious” hearing, where actual scientists and living proofs in favor of UAP existence will be present.
Then, you make sure something very fake and ridiculous makes an appearance, to discredit and lowball the actual “real guys”. Media went on for weeks making fun of those alien bodies.
I think, overall, it was a sad yet quite successful way to cut short something that was becoming a serious, understood, and public truth about UAPs.
Overall, the US would have been in it (paying/setting up with Mexico, a highly corrupted country, this circus). And the bonus is that back home (US) the media ate this circus for breakfast.
Maybe this is common sense and everyone already knows this, but I wanted to chip in and ask if this plausible explanation has crossed your mind, thank you!
