Beginner: How to get started to learn about UFOs, Aliens and recent news/progress by governments?

So I want to learn about the different phenomenons, evidences, government programs, the current progress of governments, etc.

It’s pretty overwhelming for me as a beginner. Does anyone have a good starting points and good resources (websites, YouTube channels, etc) to get started and dig into this rabbit hole?
