Catastrophic Disclosure #4

It’s incredible how much is happening every week, there’s a lot to cover and we do our best to sum up the most consequential updates.

I am realizing that the biggest reason there’s so much trouble legitimizing the UFO phenomena is that it has seen the deployment of every kind of data noise there is, overlaid onto legitimate facts:

Hearsay, telephone, psychological operations, zealotry, exaggeration, religiosity, misdirection, grift, and disinformation

I must admit, it is difficult to imagine how disclosure in any form — planned, catastrophic or otherwise — will be understood and recognized broadly for what it is. The epistemological problem could be a byproduct of the potency of modern disinformation or it could be a child of decades of stigma.

I’m not sure how we will ever disclosure unless they want us to. It’s too easy to inject noise.
