Could Trump be our best shot?

Correct me if I’m wrong but I believe when Trump was president the dems had the majority in both the house and senate. If these conditions were to be replayed I wonder if the dems would be able to push through the missing items from the original “Schumer Amendment” or pass similar legislation? Not sure how this would play out with the intel and armed service committees. Maybe members like Turner would still be able to block the amendment?

Also, I wonder if Trump would be enough of a wild card to release the info once it hits his desk (this would only happen if the review board is put in place by congress). Ideally, someone would sell him on the idea that if he wants to be remembered for years to come he should be the “disclosure president”.
