Could we use Disclosure to win a spitting match with Russia?

Obviously Russia is working on a new tech that could potentially be used to intimidate us. No one wants war, but the USA must respond in some manner, prison yard style.

I think it’s time for our president to say “yes, we aren’t alone, and we have their tech” and show something unbelievable. It doesn’t even have to be real, make it like Wag the Dog. But this way you finally let the genie out of the bottle, and you exert dominance.

Also, doesn’t any naion that claims to have struck a deal with NHI automatically make them the big kids on the block? Why haven’t we done that yet?
