Saw this tonight in the area of Point Pleasant, PA. Flying generally west to east around 7:30 pm. Not flying at a constant speed. Appeared to be flying at the top , within a orb of dust. Clear night, so no fog. No launches from Wallops tonight. I’m stumped. Ideas?
