As great as the recent developments have been towards furthering transparency – e.g. Rep. Luna confirming field hearings are on the near-term horizon – I think it’s important to keep up the pressure to establish a Select Committee on UAP.
I’ve written fairly extensively about the methodologies and tools such a committee would need here, based on a great paper from UAPCaucus.
While public/field hearings are great and worthy of support, I think the time has come for Congress to find their balls & turn up the heat on the variety of alleged gatekeepers.
I know Rep. Burchett mentioned a Select Committee was on the menu a while back, as did Rep. Luna – so I just wanted to make sure we as a community are keeping that in our sights as well.
When you reach out to your reps (which I highly encourage you to keep doing), make sure to mention that a Select Committee on UAP would go a long way towards rebuilding public trust and furthering REAL transparency on the topic.
