Hello! A friend filmed this video one evening in the countryside close to Toulon in France in July this year. Anyone could identify what this would be? It was described by my friend as spherical, and emitting swirling light. At the end it was flashing/twinkling, as it it would stop emitting light for one second and then would emit light once again, until it eventually disappeared. My friend used to be an air controller and was not able to classify this as he usually would (which is why he took this video). I’ve removed the sound because it was just background sound of his wife talking in French on the phone. 😅 Thank you for your answers and for your help 🙏🏼
