Green orb sighting with pictures

My brother took these last summer in Lynden, Washington about ten miles from the border to canada. He had just bought the latest Samsung so you can zoom in and still have pretty good clarity. When you zoom in on it, it almost looks like there are two that are merged together. That makes what he said about it make more sense. I’m paraphrasing but he said this: The whole sighting was about a minute. It looked like they were spinning around each other really fast. It came across the horizon from south to north, stopped, dropped diagonally southwest, stopped again and then shot straight up and was gone.
