Has there been an explanation for the lights in this episode Of UFO Hunters?

This is Season 3 Episode 9 of UFO Hunters.

They start pretty early in the episode, but the lights are at around 3:00 and more around 7:00.

I am wondering if these lights have been explained. I’m late to the party, and this show is pretty old. I don’t have cable and it’s been coming on broadcast TV in the morning.
