Help me understand what I saw. Light from my window.

Hi! Sorry if I don’t make much sense, I’m still kind of bewildered…

So today, at 7:25pm (Brazilian time) I saw this through my window. I was in a hammock, lulling my baby and older kid to sleep. The window was in front of me, with the glass panel closed. It’s a cloudy night, but I saw, from the corner of my vision, an incredibly bright light between the clouds and it caught my attention. It was bright and going back and forth through the clouds in the middle of the video, appearing and disappearing. I watched for maybe 5 seconds until it sunk in that this was strange, so I started filming it, but by then it was almost out of view.

The movement on the video is due to the hammock, on the lower part of the video the bright orange light is the light on top of the building in front of my building. The light I saw wasn’t moving due to the movement of the hammock. Watching the video, it looks like it moves when the hammock moves, like parallax, but I saw it going back and forwards with my own eyes not related to the hammock. But I don’t know, is it parallax? Is it just a plane and the clouds got me confused with the moviment, making me see back-and-forth where there was none?

I’m in Brazil, in Sao Paulo and there is an airport on the opposite side of that window (Congonhas Airport), about 5km from where we are. There’s always airplanes around here, but I swear I never saw anything like this movement. I’m on a high floor, facing east. The movement of the light was east-south I guess. I was with my two kids sleeping, so I couldn’t get up and go to the window to follow it, and saying this now I realize just how absurd this sounds, because of course you get the eff up and follow it, right? My heart was pounding, but I didn’t move past trying to stretch my arms to try and see where it went.

I’m a kind of lurker here, 100% believer, have people in my family who have seen ufos in the north of Brazil… But I don’t know! Sorry if this is another nothing-burguer, but if I anyone can understand that weird feeling of wanting it to be anomalous and hoping for a mundane explanation, it would be this subreddit, right?

Can somebody just ease my mind that this is a plane or something, lol. Sorry, I don’t know why I got nervous. I guess, because I was with my kids. It’s probably silly to even make this post, i don’t know… Thanks anyway!
