How can people be Professionals ??

I’m wondering how can people say there professionals in extraterrestrials if they have never met or studied a real one, I’m curious because books really can’t be all fact 80-90 percent has got to be unknown leaving the 5-10 percent just sightings and the odd abduction were it’s usually the anal probe and memory fog afterwards !!
