How do we reconcile the apparent contradiction in allowing runaway A.I. development yet keeping UFOs a secret? Both technologies would represent a major shift in how humans interact with and view our reality, yet one is a closely guarded secret, whilst the other is open for anyone to dabble with.

I’m sure many have already thought about how A.I development continues and is being purposely accelerated, even though it clearly has an equal, or even bigger implications on mankind than UFOs.

I mean it seems highly contradictory that both UFOs and A.I. are both directly related to non human intelligence, yet one is championed and openly developed, whilst the other is kept as a well guarded secret. What gives?
