How was Christmas dinner?

I’ve seen a few already and I know I had my experience as well… lol

So… How was Christmas dinner?

My Dad is the only one in my Family that I’ve been talking to about the website or articles I’ve been working on so I knew he would probably bring it up which I didn’t mind at first. But my out of state cousin my a surprise trip and surprised us all at dinner at my house. My cousin is of course… a nuclear physicist lol

My cousin shows up, we’re all excited and eventually settle in for dinner. We’re all sitting and eating and up until this point my Dad hasn’t mentioned it. Yet here we are, the house has quieted a bit for food, and instead of asking me about my website my Dad says,

“Hey Rob, tell your cousin about your UFO website and the article you just wrote about the different races of Aliens living among us.”

My cousins eyes go wide and he just looks over at me with this, “what the fuck” look on his face UGH lmao

So then in front of my whole family, extended and all, I have to try and walk back to 2017 and work from there…

But COME ON! The conversation start was terrible.

Thankfully as I described my thoughts, and what was reported, how it was reported etc, They were more accepting. I concluded that some of these things were speculation, some of the theories were presented to congress under oath, some of these things were verifiable via FLIR video.

Thankfully I recovered, but it was a rough go of it at first lol
