I caught this (shiny?) object coming from the direction of two dots reappearing and disappearing. Or is this just a bird?

The two white dots were stationary in unison and disappeared and reappeared twice. By the time I got up and got my camera out, I saw this object coming from their direction that appeared to be reflective to the naked eye. I saw other metallic reflections in the sky after this so maybe this is messing with my head.

I saw one of the top UFO videos this week from Blackpool was a guy seeing reflective objects in the sky and has a similar look when pixelated.
