I don’t know if this is a UFO or just a plane

I know it wasn’t the starlink constellation. I didn’t get a picture but I tried to make this photo as accurate as I could. Top and bottom row had 3 or 4 white lights, not blinking, and the middle row was 2 or 3 blinking orange lights. There wasn’t any sound and it hovered for awhile, maybe 5 minutes, less than 10 for sure. And it was kind of swaying in all directions until it zipped downward and took off. This was around 930. Ilive in New York on long island on the southshore
