Time will not be linear. Everything that has happened and will happen is occuring simultaneously across an almost infinite number of different dimensions.
The ufo phenomenon will be created by non human intelligence originating from Earth, yet travelling from a different dimension in which a future time period is taking place. This non human intelligence will have achieved the ability to traverse from one dimension to another and thus move through different time periods.
The non human intelligence may be biological AI which is the product of:
Life that is the future descendants of Humans.
or
Life that emerges and evolves on Earth after Humans go extinct (potentially via destroying ourselves).
They are travelling to our dimension to either study their distant ancestors or farm genetic material that has yet to be damaged/influenced by some future cataclysm (radiological or climate) – thus Luis Elizondo’s reason for being somber.
