I find AARO’s usage of the word “off-world” and “extraterrestrial” could mean more than we think

Maybe this is me coping here so feel free to argue.

To me, these terms obviously avoid the usage of NHI, which is a broader term meant to include all possibilities.

By narrowing their wording, it seems to me that they’re implying the possibility of NHI existing that actually originate “on-world”.

But let me know what you think.
