I think it’s pretty obvious to anyone with half a brain but the semantics of AARO’s conclusion is highly problematic. I mean NO ONE could ever PROVE or DEBUNK that a “sighting of a UAP” alone in itself represents off-world technology.

This has already been mentioned on several posts and comments already regarding AARO’s report but it needs to repeated in very simple terms that NO ONE, and I mean NO ONE, could ever PROVE or DEBUNK that a “sighting of a UAP” alone in itself, represents off-world technology.

To date, AARO has not discovered any empirical evidence that any sighting of a UAP represented off-world technology or the existence a classified program that had not been properly reported to Congress.

Regardless of the quality and quantity of data that you posses regarding any UAP sighting, it simply cannot be used to determine that it represents off-world technology. I mean it would be both unscientific and just silly to do so. You would need multiple points of data such as sightings, recovered materials, rigorous scientific testing and peer review of such materials to even come close to making such a determination.

AARO’s conclusion is no better than your regular Joe making a determination that their UFO sighting is “aliens”, which of course no one will take seriously either, as a sighting alone is not sufficient enough to make any such determination.
