“Sgt CJ” is an anonymous experiencer who has been reported on previously by Linda Moulton Howe. Over the course of 2015/16 CJ received in his mind a number of messages represented in binary. The second one when translated reads:
Imminent threat soon upon earth’s leaders and civilizations. Expose and disband hidden knowledge to all citizens. Employ safe and controlled joint study to all minds. Progression imperative for combined survival.
This was supposedly sent by a race called the Emerther who he claims is what Skinny Bob is.

Basically the messages received by CJ are to do with speeding up disclosure and being weary of anything coming from Orion and Z.Ruticuli. I thought it was a bit of a coincidence.
