A senior intelligence official has just informed congress that a) the US holds alien tech and bodies, and b) the cover operations include a sophisticated disinformation campaign against its own populace. (News Nation interview) The above statement is true whether or not you choose to believe it, and I’m not interested in kindling another debate. Rather to make a point. Given statements made under oath, it is no longer rational to NOT look at every situation as if “this might very well be true”. The debunkers mantra that we are fools to even consider such things a possibility is no longer valid. As such, good on everybody pouring their intellectual capacity to investigate the MH370 mystery, or WTF going on in Peru. That said, let’s use that same “assume it’s true” lens to examine whether such popular items could be planted as flash bombs to distract the few organized UFO forums (Reddit Twitter). Under the “this is true” lens, super funded organizations have had years to create sophisticated videos and the algorithms to bog down forums with their analysis. Objective 1: keep informed people distracted and NOT discussing the whistle-blower revelations with their colleagues or congressional rep. Objective 2: Devalue the prominent UFO forums. Political staffers reviewing these forums for thought leadership will instead find debate on items to be later revealed as a hoax. They will then have fear of the broader topic.
