Is Earth’s Leadership Truly Incompetent?

I always come back to this question. If there is some interplanetary civilization or civilizations- why in gods name would they only sit down and make deals with governments or supposed country leaders?

Why has no mid level or even high profile human ever ever ever been brought to the table about what we are dealing with?

If you look at the USA for example, you can see how fucking incapable and ignorant our leadership is.

No one smarter or more capable is at the table discussing disclosure?

This persistent question revolves around the notion that if there were advanced interplanetary civilizations, why would they exclusively engage with governments and national leaders rather than involving individuals from various backgrounds, expertise, and intellectual prowess?

The absence of any middle-tier or high-profile individuals being granted a seat at the table to discuss extraterrestrial matters raises intriguing concerns.

This phenomenon has never materialized, leaving many to wonder why the opportunity for a broader and more diverse representation of humanity has not been explored.
