Is it not possible to make a FOIA request to find out what the USAF was doing in Varginha in January?

It has already been confirmed by 2 different air traffic controllers (the one that appeared in Moment of Contact and Marcos Feres) that the USAF came to Varginha on January 20th (or sometime thereabouts).

That was something very unusual, it was probably the only visit that year if they even came back one day because I never heard any news. So because it’s a rare event, it shouldn’t be difficult to find.

I don’t know if it’s possible to make an open FOIA request without knowing exactly the documents you want, but if you can, just make a request for a USAF flight in Varginha in 1996, if they said that this doesn’t exist, there are no documents or record, we already know they are lying.
