Isn’t the “field hearing” effectively illegal?

So Burchett and Luna are talking about “field hearings”… I mean sure, let’s go for it, but walk me through this:

These hearings would ostensibly take place at a site associated with the illegal (but classified) NHI program. This location was gleaned by Burchett and Luna through recent SCIF briefings. Ostensibly program names, personnel, and site locations are all classified (which is why Grusch can’t reveal any of it to the public). Burchett and Luna now do a field hearing at the (a) site for the NHI program, effectively revealing its location to the public.

How are they not now in legal jeopardy for doing this?

P.S. Now I’m skeptical that the government would actually prosecute, unless (and I think there’s a high probability of this) they have the ability to somehow re-contextualize the entire thing as having nothing at all to do with NHI, just regular-ole classified weapons projects… In which case, they paint Burchett, Luna, Grusch and the whole lot of them as dangerous deluded zealots out to destroy national security.
