I propose that the ufo called Jellyfish is a plasma ball very charged with electricity so it is able to attract litter to it . The ball would be at the top and the bottom one litter is hanging from it. These kind of plasma balls are linked to ball lightning but can be dark, reflective misty or transparent.
Those transparent are the most common and are only visible with IR cameras.

If these balls with litter move near the ground they look like creatures walking (called cryptids, ghost, demons or jinns). Jinn is the name given there (Irak).
