Karl Nell was not only one of Grusch’s 40 sources he interviewed over his 4 year investigation, he was likely a first hand witness to UAP.

In The Debrief Article: Karl Nell stated as a matter of fact that the US has been reverse engineering craft of Non Human Intelligence. It is certainly possible based on the above that Karl has first hand witness to this knowledge.
