This panel should include experts in aerospace, astrophysics, atmospheric sciences, and other relevant fields to study the phenomena comprehensively. Such collaboration would be instrumental in demystifying UAP and ensuring that scientific rigor is applied in all investigations. International Conferences and Workshops: Organize annual or biennial conferences that can serve as platforms for sharing insights, research outcomes, and strategies related to UAP. These gatherings would facilitate networking among scientists, policymakers, and defense experts, fostering a collaborative international community. Educational Outreach and Public Communication: Develop programs to educate the public on UAP, aiming to reduce speculation and misunderstanding while promoting a scientifically grounded understanding of the phenomena.
