My theory of UFO and alien phenomena

I have this theory, here goes…

Aliens 👽 like the one in this emoji are often described as thin, large headed, and individual encounters usually describe the aliens as all looking alike in color and size. There has been a notable sighting (can’t name it off top my head) where a group of workers experienced a ufo encounter where the beings in the craft were watching and waving before exiting abruptly.

I believe aliens are us (as in humans) from a time in the far future. As time moved forward, we evolved into one race. The race is a cross of all races. Our bodies also adapted to future technologies allowing us to evolve larger brains and heads. Our bodies became thinner and smaller because unlike our ancestors, we now have robotics performing labor intensive work.

Today, when we encounter ufo and aliens, we are really encountering people from a time in the distant future where time travel exists as a pass-time. The future us take tours back in time like we today take tours on a cruise ship.

What if what we are experiencing are not other worldly beings, but us from a future time on this 🌎.
