There’s different travel companies that charge an arm and a leg that drive you out there. But I was wondering, can we just rent a car and drive out to a safe spot and stargaze? Do we need to drive 3 hours all the way to ET highway? Or can we just make a quick jaunt near the city of Las Vegas with any luck?
