I witnessed this UFO out my back garden when it occurred. I live in West Dublin I can remember it vividly. I was actually sky watching and smoking at the time with my Da when it flew over the top of my house coming from the front (so was in my blind spot). It came in from the south east heading north west. it was so low and bright I was stuned by the brilliant green light this thing was giving off. it was so low and moving so fast didn’t get to get a good view but I don’t buy the space debris theory for a second. If you just look at at a map and reference the article they say: “The mysterious object was first spotted in Scotland before travelling towards Ireland. People in Dublin, Donegal, Wexford, Armagh and Antrim are among those reporting seeing it”. unless space debris is sentient and can change direction this doesn’t make a whole lot of sense considering Scotland is north east of Dublin. And if it’s such a mundane explanation as space debris why haven’t I seen anything like it before or since I don’t know just doesn’t add up in my opinion.
Just had thought I’d share been thinking about this lately for some reason, lives in my head rent free though. Anyone else remember seeing or hearing about this?
