What I really like about Daniel Otis who wrote this article is that he is pursuing this topic as an investigation. Most other news outlets seem to cover the topic by only reporting on new developments and giving some historical background but Otis is actively filing FOIA requests and contacting high level people for comments. He’s written quite a few articles on the topic over the last few years and all are what I consider great journalism.
