This air space is between two army bases- Fort Wadsworth and Fort Hamilton. This is highly trafficked air space by flights landing towards JFK and LaGuardia Airports.
A drone that high up is very unlikely. (3000+ feet). It reflects light- it’s about 6 frames total. The source and composition looks genuine- the craft might be banking or changing in size, but appears to be on a wobble path and potentially changing directions.
It’s actually flying on a path over land (over NJ coastline) , even though the plane is over water.
