Orb like object over Galway Bay, Ireland.

I was walking my dog and saw this object hovering over the bay, not sure what it was but it was definitely out of the ordinary. It looked like it was pulsating. I’m not sure what I saw really natural phenomenon or something else. I’ve heard about these things being spotted in Ireland over water.
