People who say ‘it’s okay for MSM to not cover Nell and Gallaudet statements because it’s just talking’ don’t apply the same standard to MSM coverage of politicians and celebrities talking

One of the commonly used argument is that Nell, Gallaudet and everybody else are just talking. They don’t show any evidence. Apparently then mainstream media are justified in not covering their statements.

Meanwhile mainstream media everyday are producing gigantic amount of articles about politicians, celebrities and influencers who are just talking. Often in politics it’s just a talk without proof, completely unsubstantiated accusations. Nobody has problem with that. Double standards? Where are people who demand that media should stop doing this?

Statements made by Nell, Gallaudet, Grusch etc. deserve mention by big media outlets. At worst you should cover it wondering why so many people in big position are saying those crazy things. You can invite them for interview, ask questions, make a story. It’s not happening. But when someone makes unsubstantiated claims that we are living in similation? More likely that this will be covered.
