Possible ET in field?

My father’s friend is having a home worked on in SLP MX and the mason on the job sent him this picture. He said that he heard weird noises and rustling and when he looked over he saw a odd figure that ran away into the trees when he took the picture.

My dad and this friend have had an encounter with a huge flying saucer hovering near them in El cerrito de la Cruz SLP. They have told me and my dad’s friends son the story all our lives and the story is identical from what his son and I have talked about.

UFO sighting are common in my parents home town. Dirt town in the middle of nowhere Mexico. All the elders have stories of sightings, it’s almost normal to where most people aren’t even surprised at them. They believe that these lights are witches.
