Project moon dust and blue fly recover objects that come from space and air and are still classified.

These 2 programs where made to recover soviet tech, but 30 plus years later even after the Soviet Union collapsed we still know nothing about these programs. These programs go world wide for recoveries, and are probably link to the office of global acces.
