Rare opportunity to buy real estate reported to be the location of an Alien Base (Mount Zeil near Pine Gap)

I often read in UFO lore – particularly from the United States – that this fairly random mount range in the desert of Australia has an alien base below it. People even contend that it is ‘near’ Pine Gap when its not really.
