Saw something moving incredibly fast (Brentwood,Ca)

I was in my front yard looking at the stars and recording when all of a sudden I got lucky enough to catch this on camera, it went across the screen and at the end it seems to reappear. Just before this happened I also saw a dot which was much brighter than this and lower in altitude move across the whole sky within a second.
