Should we ask Russia, to tell us who the key, MJ 12 type folks are behind the current US UAP programs?

There probably are a handful of intelligence groups, both national and private, who know who the current US deep state members are, and which ones are handling the UAP experiments and reverse engineering. Russia and China no doubt know, and at least Russia loves to sow discord and chaos in the US whenever possible, so why wouldn’t they want to leak this?

Alternatively, there likely are more informed Americans, who have educated guesses. National security council members. Council on foreign relations, Atlantic council, a move from government to private to government to private, etc. But as far as I know it’s just guesses and maybe people like Grusch knowing, but will never be cleared to say.
