Sean Munger – Former Intelligence Analyst in the Marine Corps – writes that aliens are actively trying to avoid detection through jamming and distancing themselves.

(The report says “The UAPTF holds a small amount of data that appear to show UAP demonstrating acceleration or a degree of signature management.”)

A “signature” would be any manner of identification that can be detected by an adversary. Signature management would be a term used to indicate an active attempt to avoid or prevent detection, such as the military might use.

An acceleration in this could be suggestive that UAP are adapting to current or developed methods of detection.

Due to our military training areas being saturated with sensor systems, these UAP are being detected.

Either we surprise them with our craft, or they don’t care and continue their mission until the last moment.

And further analysis in the article.
